Best4Food in collaboration with the project “ON Foods – Research and innovation network on food and nutrition Sustainability, Safety and Security – Working ON Foods” promotes the conference entitled:
University of Milan-Bicocca, February 14th and 15th, 2025
Climate change and the depletion of environmental resources, implies that food must be studied in relation to economic, technological, socio-cultural and legal transformations.
For this reason, the two-day conference organized in the context of the PNRR OnFood Project and the activities of the Best 4 Food Research Center has the objective of proposing an international and interdisciplinary space that offers a space to scientifically discuss the topic of the challenges our society face to guarantee quality food to everyone.
We invite interested colleagues to send us an abstract by October 30th to the address: emmasofia.lunghi@unimib.it following the instructions in the call for abstract.
