Research activities and skills

My project concern the cardiovascular risk prevention in children. The project involves me in the outpatient phase that includes anthropometric analyzes and processing of personalized diets; and the biochemical phase for the evaluation of plasma biomarker levels of children with cardiovascular risks. In addition, I work in different food education projects aimed at the prevention of diseases such as excess weight, high blood pressure and caries for different age groups.
