Research activities and skills
Since my PhD in Nanostructures and Nanotechnologies, I have been working in polymer science and materials characterization. This could include the study of "food as material" including the use of lab techniques to assess quality or detect adulteration, and to understand gels or multiphase systems often present in food science.
