His researches concern: the Common Agricultural Policy, the European Monetary System, the Economic and Monetary Union and the policies concerning migrants; the food history in Italy and in particular the history of the wine, the dairy products, the olive oil and the “minor” cereals (as the spelled, buckwheat, rye etc.)
